What we can help with
- Corrections and stale prices. If a figure looks wrong or a product has been discontinued, tell us - we fix pages and note the change, per our editorial policy.
- Product suggestions. If something obvious is missing from a shortlist, we would rather hear it from you than not.
- Questions about a recommendation. If a page did not answer your situation, that usually means the page has a gap worth filling.
What we cannot help with
- Orders, returns and shipping. We are a publisher, not a retailer. We do not sell anything and we have no access to your order - contact Amazon or the retailer you bought from.
- Medical advice. Several pages here touch on foot pain, and we are careful to say where a question needs a clinician rather than a different boot.
- Interpreting your employer’s safety policy. We can explain what the ASTM codes mean, but only your employer can tell you which they require.
