Every number here was read from Amazon, not typed by us. Our content model has no price field at all, so a figure cannot be hand-written into a page even by accident. Prices are refreshed daily and stamped with the date you see above.
A discount badge means Amazon reported one - a list price and a percentage off. We do not calculate savings against a number we remember, and we do not describe anything as a limited-time offer, because we have no way to know that.
Amazon prices change constantly. Treat anything here as the price when we last looked rather than a quote; the link always shows the current one. Where a listing has no buyable offer, the card says so instead of showing an old number.
A low price is also not a recommendation on its own. Each card links to the shortlist that picked the product and explains the job it is right for - that reasoning is the part worth reading, and it is set out in how we pick.
